Monthly Subscription Agreement

This Monthly Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Subscriber”) and Paperflood (“Developer”). 
Apple Inc. is not a party to this Agreement and bears no responsibility for the Licensed Application or its content.

1. Subscription License

Subject to your acceptance of this Agreement and payment of the subscription fee, Developer grants you a non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Licensed Application on Apple-branded devices you own or control. 
Access may be extended to other accounts via Family Sharing or volume purchasing in accordance with Apple policies.

2. Subscription Fee and Renewal

The subscription fee is €0.99 per month. Your subscription automatically renews each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. 
Developer may modify subscription fees by providing prior notice to you.

3. Maintenance and Support

Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services for the Licensed Application. 
Apple has no obligation to provide such services.

4. Warranty and Refunds

The Licensed Application is provided “as is” without warranties except those required by law. 
If the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple to request a refund of the purchase price. 
Apple’s sole obligation shall be to refund the purchase price, and all other claims or liabilities are Developer’s responsibility.

5. Product Claims and Liability

Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims arising from your use of the Licensed Application, including compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and product liability.
Developer’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Licensed Application remain with Developer. 
Developer is solely responsible for defending any claims of intellectual property infringement.

7. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. Government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism and are not listed on any U.S.
Government prohibited or restricted parties lists.

9. Third Party Terms of Agreement

You agree to comply with any applicable third party terms when using the Licensed Application, including your wireless data service agreement.

10. Apple as Third Party Beneficiary

Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce its terms against you.

11. Agreement

By subscribing to this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
